Various Options
Jobs are bid "cafeteria style" so clients can pick and choose what they want done and what they can skip to save money. For example a standard Rita Ranch home with a swimming pool will be quoted with a base price for the house and then on separate line items will be the cost for the pool fence and the side gate. If you want the pool fence or side gate painted you know the price before we start. You get only what you want and are not required to pay for extras. Plus items can be added after we start, without re-negotiating the price.
Bid Prices Don't Change!
Once you accept our bid you can write a check for the amount listed on the quote and put it in a drawer since our prices don't change and there are no hidden charges. The price on the check before we start will be the price when we are finished. Isn't that refreshing?
Experienced Painters
All our crew leaders have been painting for many years; most crew workers have been painting for at least two years. For an average single family home, our crew typically consists of the crew leader and one painter. For larger homes and commercial jobs we combine crews.
We're One Call Away
A large part of having many satisfied clients is good communication which happens as a result of our being immediately available to answer your questions or address a specific concern.
As the owner I keep my cell phone on from 6am to 9pm Monday through Saturday, and yes that's 15 hours a day, six days a week. If I don't answer I'm probably talking with a client or on the phone and will call right back. The Crew leaders; David, Renee and Jon also carry cell phones and their numbers are listed on the Crew Leaders section.
24 Working Hours
The hours we work at a jobsite are dependent on your requirements. We frequently work odd hours on commercial jobs, malls, schools, etc.. to be there when the public isn't. This is why "24/7" is included in the name of the business.
