11) Spot patch stucco texture on sheet rock. |

12) Prime as required. |
Raw wood, new sheet rock patches, caulk lines etc.. will be primed and repaired to facilitate a good finished product. |
13) Paint with premium grade interior paint. |
Premium interior paint is the way to go. It covers better and runs less. If you want to see a painter frowning, give him cheap interior paint and ask him to make the finished product look nice. |
14) Remove scaffolding and ladders. |
Scaffolding and ladders are typically on job sites from beginning to end. If there are going to be small children present please let us know. |
15) Reinstall switch plate covers. |
After the painting is complete, switch plate covers are put back on. Painting without switch plate covers on is one of the single biggest ways to get the professional look. |
16) Clean up. |
We always clean up the job site. |
17) Includes all material and labor for list above. |

18) Job inspection and walk around with the client. |
We walk the finished project with you. Our interior motto is "Its easier to paint than to argue" In the process of walking the job if you see anything we missed we will take care of it. Occasionally people see shadows and think its a missed spot. Instead of arguing we paint it again, and move on. When we're finished with the walk around and you're satisfied we collect the final payment. |
Various Options
Jobs are bid "cafeteria style" so clients can pick and choose what they want done and what they can skip to save money. For example a typical interior will have the walls and ceilings quoted separately. Doors and trim will also be quoted independently. This allows you to pick and choose what you want without paying for items that are not needed.
Bid Prices Don't Change!
Once the bid is provided the price doesn't change. When you want AA Brite 24/7 to do a job for you the check can be written and put in your desk. When the job is complete the price on the check hasn't changed! Owners note: I hate it when I'm quoted a price for a service and then the price starts dancing upwards. I don't like it happening to me and I don't do this to my clients.

All our crew leaders have been painting for many years; most crew workers have been painting for at least two years. For an average single family home, our crew typically consists of the crew leader and one painter. For larger homes and commercial jobs we combine crews.

24 Working Hours
The hours we work at a jobsite are dependent on your requirements. We frequently work odd hours on commercial jobs, malls, schools, etc.. to be there when the public isn't. This is why "24/7" is included in the name of the business.
Seasoned Painters
When we show up to paint your home its with seasoned painters. All of my crew leaders have been painting for years and the average crew worker has been painting for at least two years. On an average single family home our crew typically consists of the crew leader and one painter. For larger homes and commercial jobs we combine crews.
Availability
As the owner my cell phone is on from 6am to 9pm Monday through Saturday. If I don't answer I'm probably talking to a client or on the phone and will call right back. The Crew leaders; David, Renee and Jon also carry cell phones and their numbers are listed on the Crew Leaders section.
