Crew Leaders

Crew Leaders can make or break a job and not just anybody can lead people to quality. A A Brite 24/7 is proud of our Crew Leaders for a number of reasons.

In the past twenty years Hector has painted over 2,000 homes in Tucson. His stucco patching and exterior repair skills are to be admired.  It's typical for clients to comment about how hard working Hector is.  He works like the Energizer Rabbit for eight and ten hours a time on exteriors in heat well over 100 degrees - and that's not an exaggeration.

Picky Picky Picky. David drives away helpers with his demands for better than average work and is perfect for jobs with clients who demand excellence. Quite a few times David has been observed going back over his and (more typically) other peoples work - and touching up the tiniest areas others don't see.  An awful lot of helpers have come and gone working for David as he won't stop until the work is top notch and the Client is happy.

John is more knowledgeable than most about the paint he uses as not only is he a painter but he spent five years mixing and selling paint.  John likes to work solo or with one helper - to make sure everything is done exactly his way.  He works for A A Brite 24/7 since he is allowed to get those extra details done without having the company complain about causing the job to cost more in labor.

As the owner of A A Brite 24/7  I'm proud to say these men are the Leaders of my company.
