Received a post card quote in the mail and checking up on the details?  Its pretty simple.  The price printed on your post card is what it will cost to get the exterior of your house painted.

The terms and conditions are explained below.  You will hopefully be surprised to find the "small print" is straight forward.  Quality work from quality people eliminates most problems before they can begin.  This contract is the same one used by A A Brite 24/7 for all of our jobs. 

Quoted:  (There are additional standard items on this list not shown on the postcard quote)

***  The additional items are to your benefit, there just wasn't room on the postcard to print them

1)  Pressure wash exterior  at 3500-4000psi

2)  Scrape loose paint

3)  Caulk cracks, typically using sanded caulk

4)  Spot patch stucco where required

5)  Bag ceiling fans, protruding lights, electric meter face, etc...

6)  Trim back bushes / trees as required to allow for painting

7)  Remove screens (if they can be removed without damaging them)

8)  Trench (pull back rocks from base of house)

9)  Tape Plastic sheeting or paper on windows and doors

10)  Prime as required

11)  Paint exterior house body and trim same as existing color

12)  Paint:  Dunn Edwards Evershield exterior acrylic flat paint

13)  Cleanup

14)  All materials and labor included for above items

At the quoted price the special does not include:   1) Fences / Block walls   2) Pool Decks   3) Wrought iron   4) Stained front or rear doors   5) Fence gates   6) Detached car ports or buildings

50% deposit is required to contract the work, and 50% is to be paid at completion of the job.

Personal checks, cash and credit cards accepted. 

At this time our bank can not process credit card checks  (they say too many of them bounce)
