We recently moved to Tucson and the home we purchased needed new paint and carpeting throughout. I bid the job with several companies and accepted a bid with one company for a set amount to be done by a certain time. As the time approached, the contractor contacted me and let me know that they had underbid the project and it would cost three times as much as the original bid.
I continued to move forward with this company. The date passed for when the work was to be done and three weeks after that deadline I was still living in a partly painted home with partly masked and taped rooms that we couldn't settle into. The contractor said it would take two people a full week to complete my job. Though he consistently said that my job was a “priority” and that he was working to get people on it “as soon as possible”, he never sent more than one person and never for a full day, usually 2-3 hours any given day.
I called Rob with AA Bright and he came out to look at my home on the same day I called. He was professional and realistic about the cost and the scope of the project. The next day an AABrite employee Renee showed up and worked all day, accomplishing more in an hour than the previous painter had in three. Three days later my home was done.
Renee and David did in four days what I had not been able to get done in over five weeks with the first company. Renee and David were courteous, prompt, and really hard workers, taking pride in doing the job well and in a timely fashion. Last night the contractor from the first company called me and said “I really want to get someone out there to get working on your house, we might be able to get it done by the end of the week.” I thoroughly enjoyed letting him know that I would no longer need him to send someone to keep “working on my house”. Rob and his crew with AA Brite showed what could be done with a few, professional, service oriented painters and I was settling into my newly painted home. They did it all at a price that beat the former company by 11%. I couldn’t be more pleased with every aspect of my interaction with AA Brite.

A bit of a back story… we are relatively new to Tucson and having work done to our new home has been an adventure as coming from Seattle, customer service in Tucson has been somewhat, shall we say, “lacking”????
We have learned to take three bids. AABrite was one of the three and from the beginning, we knew they were different. A complete, through analysis was done, costs explained, how the procedures were to be done, etc. After interviewing the three companies, we went with AABrite and owner, Robert Anderson.
The painting process was determined by us, the hours to be worked, etc. and they were here each and every day on time, prompt, courteous and cleaned up after themselves! Amazing. Talk about through! Darrin and John were our initial painters and superb. Robert was added to do some intricate work, and let me tell you, I am a perfectionist and Robert’s work was just the best! All workers were so professional.
It is not everyday that we want to write such a letter of extreme praise, but we must to express our
praise and gratitude for such a job extremely well done!

A Note From The Owner, Rob
There are many more recommendations not printed here. Ironically its not usually the easy jobs where people are singing our praises. Its the jobs where the power to the block goes down, or the homeowner has to leave us alone (when they didn't want to) to go tend to something, or when we are fighting the weather trying to get their house painted before a wedding or before it gets listed to be sold. Its situations like this where we show our good character and work ethic and the client is telling others about AA Brite 24/7.
